Vintage Card

Many of our customers tell us that they find it difficult to come up with ideas for men’s cards, so here’s one for the men. If you are short of ideas, why not join us on one of our General Card All Day Workshops where we always do at least one man’s card.

You will need the following: - 14cm cream square card Map design vellum 14x15cm Gold card 7½x11cm Black Paper 6½x10cm Green holographic pillars card 6x9½cm Piece of plain vellum for envelope. Piece of gold card for tag Black polka dot ribbon 10cm Car Stamp Black Stazon inkpad Peel off greeting, straight lines and Indalo man sticker Narrow double sided tape Collall glue Double sided 3mm sticky pads Envelope punch Tag punch

1. Wrap the vellum around the card leaving a small 1cm border on the RHS of the card.

2. Attach it with thin D/S tape on the edge and then stick a thin peel off border down the edge to hide the tape and a thicker one down the RHS of the card as shown.

3. Stamp the car onto the green card

4. Layer this up onto the black card, then the gold using Collall glue.

5. Attach this whole piece onto the front of the card with d/s sticky pads.

6. Punch a gold tag and decorate with Indalo man and greeting, attach the ribbon with a staple.

7. Punch a vellum envelope and stick onto the front of the card as shown with d/s tape.

8. Slide in the tag and you’re done!
