"Have A Cool Christmas" Card

Following on with the Christmas Theme here’s another card for those of you who like it quick and easy. You can of course vary the colour of the card etc. to make your own design.

You will need:-

A4 blue basket weave card
Blue card to mount label and picture.
Polar Bears Clear Stamp Set FRCL075
Some shiny card for snowflakes.
Prussian blue Marvy Matchable ink.
Bubblegum pink Marvy Matchable ink.
Some pink organza ribbon.
Peel-off eyelet
M & F Board
Piece of acetate or tile
Collall Glue
Glue dot
1mm double sided sticky pads
Glue pen
Glitter

With the short side of the A4 card to the butt bar score on line 4 and fold, then cut off the excess card.
Turn over the cut off piece to the white side and cut a piece approx. 6½ x 10cm.
Stamp the desired images from the stamp set using the blue ink
Using a wet paintbrush, lightly smudge the paint around the inside of the bears etc as per example.
Press the corner of the pink stamp pad onto the acetate and using a clean wet brush carefully pick up a little of the colour to enhance your picture as per example.
When dry, mount onto the blue card and trim to leave a small border.
Make a tag shape out of the spare white side of the leftover card and mount onto the blue card.
Stick the eyelet to the tag.
Make a small bow and attach with a glue dot as shown.
Punch or cut two snowflakes and mount one at an angle on top of the other with a 1mm pad. Then attach this to the label with 1mm sticky foam pads.
Stick the picture to the bottom of the card and the label to the top at an angle.
Finally enhance picture using the glue pen and glitter.
