Golfing Ted
The art of good management is delegation, so the boss has decided it will be good for my development to demonstrate this week’s project. Well, here goes and it’s a very simple card, (one that we made earlier so to speak) which can easily be adapted for many occasions by varying the “ingredients”.
As always, you will find all the things you need to make this card at the shop and of course any advice or help required.
|
You will need: -
|
-
Fold the A4 card in half across the width and make a triangular-shaped card ensuring that the fold is on the left.
-
Cut a triangle from the backing paper approximately 2cm smaller than the size of the card.
-
Attach the backing paper centrally on the card.
-
Using the “Must Have Retro Words” Stamp Set, and the green dye inkpad, stamp your sentiment around the edge of the card ensuring the words don’t over lap. NB It doesn’t matter if all the words aren’t printed but make sure that the full sentiment is stamped along the base of the card.
-
Using a piece of the waste card from when you made the triangle, stamp the Golfing Ted rubber stamp, using the black pigment ink pad and emboss with the clear embossing powder.
-
Cut out Golfing Ted and colour him as you want and attach to the centre of the card using 3mm foam pads.
-
Y Esta! You have a card suitable for a man. Alternatively you could vary the theme for a child or a lady by using different stamps, papers and sentiments that you all will have in your craft boxes.
