Butterfly On Acetate
This card is not for the feint-hearted, but all the ladies on the workshop managed it successfully. Stamping onto acetate is tricky, as you can easily smudge the image but if you do, all is not lost, as you can remove the image with Stazon cleaner and RETRY.

You will need the following: -
|
-
Wrap and stick the patterned paper around the fold of the card to leave a border of 3cm on the RHS of the card.
-
Stick a strip of D/S tape along the edge and sprinkle with lilac glitter. (Top Tip – rub the glitter gently with your finger to make sure of good coverage then tap off excess)
-
Round the corners of your card
-
Stamp the words with Stazon on the top of the card.
-
Stamp the butterfly words onto the acetate taking care not to move it as you stamp.
-
Fray the mulberry paper to fit behind the acetate leaving just a little bit showing. (Top Tip – to fray mulberry paper, draw a line using a wet paint brush where you want it to fray and then just pull away the excess)
-
Stick the mulberry paper to the silver card with Collall glue. When dry place the acetate on top and prick through all four corners going through all three layers then fix together with the brads.
-
Attach this whole piece with sticky pads to the front of the card as shown.
