Bathing Belle Card

A card for all you non-stamping card makers.

You will need the following:-

  • an A4 piece of lilac spotted card

  • a piece of white card

  • M & F Folding Board

  • Fan Keepsake Board & glitter tool.

  • a bathing belle sticker sheet

  • 1mm & 2mm double sided sticky pads

  • Edge stickers that curve, words FOR YOU, and an outline tag sticker.

  • Tag Punch

  • Twinkling H2O paints.

  1. Place the short side of the card against the butt bar and score line 3 (leaflet fold). Fold the card and place the hinge to the butt bar and score line 3 again, and fold the other way. You should now have a zigzag card.

  2. Open out the card and with the wrong side of the card facing you, using the keepsake board, emboss the wavy line from the RH top of section 1 to about half way down on the RH side of section 3.

  3. Apply peel off border to this wavy line and trim off excess card.

  4. Stick back the last section to make the shape as shown.

  5. With the waste card punch a tag and apply the peel off border and greeting. Punch a hole in the tag and thread the ribbon through.

  6. Apply a swimsuit, hat, a pair of sandals, a bag and sun cream bottle to the white card. Colour these with twinkling H2O paints and cut out.

  7. Punch a hole underneath the handle of the back and thread the ribbon of the tag through.

  8. Attach all the pieces to the card as shown with 1mm pads, except for the tag which needs 2mm pads.

  9. Apply flowers and words to complete your card.
